Mafia Casino offers a welcome package worth up to 4,500 CAD spread over three deposits, and its cashier takes Interac, cards and 15 crypto options. The catch showed up before I reached the bonus page: the Terms, the footer and the About page never name a licence or an operating company.

I didn’t deposit or cash out for this Mafia Casino review. Everything below comes from the Terms (version 1.13), both welcome offer pages, the Canada payments view and a handful of public player reviews. Where something isn’t confirmed, I say so instead of filling the gap.

A bonus can clear on paper and the player still has to get paid, so I read the clauses that settle disagreements. The Terms hand the operator wide discretion:

• Accounts can be closed without notice (3.9).
• A bet can be denied or cancelled at the company’s sole discretion (8.2).
• Its records count as the sole evidence in a dispute (8.3), and its decision on any disagreement is final (8.5).
• Rules can change at any time, and carrying on after a change counts as accepting it (11.1 and 11.3).

Two more clauses in section 6 matter before a first cashout. Clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal when the account hasn’t wagered at least 30 CAD in the same calendar month as the request. If I played here anyway, I’d deposit only what I could write off, screenshot the offer page before claiming, and keep the support emails from the Terms.
